Description

An installation in which two sets of camera and monitor are placed facing each other, causing a looping feedback. The artist himself stands between them and, by moving back and forth between the two camera-monitor sets, creates a situation of seeing while being seen at the same time, and performs it. Reference: Jacques Lacan, “Desire is to desire the desire of the other; as I see you, I want you to see me (and that wish is never fulfilled).”
