Akinobu Kurokawa

Born in Osaka, Japan, in 1974. Graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts with a B.A. in Fine Art Sculpture in 1999. Focusing on the boundaries of perception and recognition, Akinobu Kurokawa utilizes a wide variety of techniques to create both two-dimensional and three-dimensional works.

1974年 大阪生まれ 1999年 京都市立芸術大学美術学部美術科彫刻専攻卒業 認識の境界や知覚に注目し、さまざまな手法を扱い立体や平面での作品を制作している。 2023年「”判断のしどころ、た抜きの暗号” ART OSAKA 2023 Expanded Section」クリエイティブセンター大阪、2012年個展「点々と、延々～」MORI YU GALLERY TOKYO（東京）、主なグループ展に2025年「超景曲」MORI YU GALLERY（京都）、2015年「連続の縺れ 現代京都芸苑2015」The Terminal KYOTO（京都）、2013年「G-Tokyo 2013」東京ミッドタウン（東京）、2010年「HANA 現実と虚構が溶け合った視覚の冒険」小山市立車屋美術館（栃木）
